gallade

Aah, Gallade.  It took awhile to train that monster, but it paid off in the end.  It was even more fun because the high attack power coupled with the eclectic variety of moves you can teach it make it an absolute monster.  Now if only I can find a way to beat the advanced levels of the Battle Subway!  One day, one day...

Anyway, I love this pic.  I don't normally go for the rough, slashing-sketch style artwork, but it works in this case, because Gallade, being part fighting type and having a slightly aggressive nature, is given a sort of gritty look.  I'm assuming it's using Leaf Blade here?  And nice job on the subtle hands there.  It looks like it's saying, 'C'mere.  I want to play.'  Nice attention to detail on the legs, body and especially the helmet, too.  You've given Gallade a nice portrayal, making it look utterly fearsome.  I wonder who it's going to fight?

Perhaps my one bit of criticism would be the signature on it.  It just sort of takes away from the rest of the pic.  I know artists like to mark their work, but it could have gone without that.  Other than that, this is wonderful.
